Selkirk RCMP Looking for Robbery Suspect


Tuesday, July 18, 2023 - Selkirk RCMP are looking for the suspect in a robbery that took place on July 14 at a business on Morris Avenue.


The suspect entered the store at around 10:30 am, wearing a mask. He threatened employees of the store with a knife, stole money and cigarettes and fled on foot. No one was physically injured.


The suspect is also believed to have entered another business on Main Street and after noticing that there were several customers inside, left without incident.


The suspect is described as male, wearing a light coloured hoodie with a black long sleeve shirt over it with "ECKO UNLTD 1972" on it, an orange beanie and a red mask.
