Winnipeg's Most Wanted


Thursday, August 31, 2023 - Winnipeg Police keep the public informed of the Most Wanted individuals they are hoping to locate.

Lorensz Ross


Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Lorensz ROSS in regards to a weapons related investigation. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of ROSS in relation to this investigation.











Cheyenne Bruce


Cheyenne Bruce is serving her first federal sentence, a term of 2 years and 11 months for Break Enter Commit Theft, Fail to Attend Court-Recognizance, Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance, Fraud Under, Mischief Under, Theft Under, Identity Fraud – Intent to Gain Advantage, Break Enter Commit Mischief, Assault Peace Officer, Identity Theft and Escape or Being at Large without Excuse.


Bruce was released from federal custody on Statutory Release on June 22, 2023, that same day a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for her arrest as she had already breached conditions of her release.



James Bump


Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate James Bump in regards to an Assault Cause Bodily Harm investigation. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of BUMP in relation to this investigation.









Bobby Joe Linklater


Bobby-Joe Linklater is serving his first federal sentence of 6 years and 5 months for Break Enter and Commit Armed Robbery, Possession of Prohibited Weapon While Prohibited, Assault with a Weapon and Escape or Being at Large Without Excuse.


Linklater was released from federal custody on Statutory Release April 28, 2023. After breaching the conditions of his release, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for his arrest on June 22, 2023
