Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  • Prepare the Salad Ingredients:

  • Cook the lean ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool.

  • Shred the iceberg lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the dill pickles, shred the cheddar cheese, and thinly slice the red onion. Arrange them in a large salad bowl.


Make the sauce in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.


The assemble the Salad, by adding the cooked ground beef to the salad bowl with the prepared ingredients. The, pour the sauce over the salad and gently toss until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
