Monday, September 3, 2023 - The Labor Day long weekend usually denotes the end of the so-called ‘dog days of summer,’ when newsrooms scramble to fill their news allotment. But as Marty Gold describes, one newsroom ventured so far into the realm of fake news and platforming slanted “experts” to smear the incumbent PC party. Voters need to be extra careful when they see stories about the Manitoba election in October.
